Ajay (Sumanth) aspires to be a civil servant and tops in UPSC exams. He finds love in another student Samyukta (Kajal). His father Paandu (Suman) is right hand man to a local don Zaheer (Nassar). After completing M.SC (computers), Krishna (Ravi Teja) wanders around Vijaywada city without any job and falls in love with Sandhya (Trisha) at first sight. Sandhya avoids Krishna initially but soon develops soft corner towards him. She is sister of a builder in Hyderabad (Shayaji Shinde) but she lives with her cousin Bobby (Brahmanandam) in Vijayawada. Now the drama shifts to Hyderabad. Krishna comes to Hyderabad when Sandhya shifts there. A rowdy called Jatka (Mukul Dev) vows that he would marry Sandhya only. The rest of the film is how Krishna takes on Jatka.

He also reveals that he was the Okka Magaadu, and he is Raghupati Raghava Rajaram (Balakrishna), who was a freedom fighter during British rule in 1940s. This amplifies enimity between old man and Chief Minister. Point of interest in the movie is who is this aged man? and at this age what makes him to kill?
